In the government sector all iitian,nitian,are comes first choice for any student by JEE exams,then all state having their entrance exam like UPTU ,west Bengal,bihar engineering,rajasthan engineering,COMEDK,and like that shortlisted some government college aur private according to rank in the exam.and some college having their personal entrance like BITS Pilani,BIT Meshra ,vit vellore and more ,so these are some best college for engineering ,where good placement record and reputation.Given suggestion help to choose the good engineering college.

IITs are the one with best placement in the country NITs too have good placement some of them have real good one like Trichy Surathkal

Mainly its the IITs and NITS.apart from them the IIITs also have good record.and so do a few other universities such as JU in West Bengal.DTU in delhi and BITS Pilani.

All the IIT have best placement record in India because of better education systems and cream students. after IIT , NIT are also very Good placement records
90% of the best companies select students from these institutes.

if you get admission in top 4 IIT's IIT delhi,IIT mumbai ,IIT roorkee and IIT kanpur are the best IIT's then you can go for NIT and then in DTU good luck
