Which is a better option among pursuing BCA+MCA from a good college and doing B.Tech+M.Tech (CSE) from an average college? What should I do?

I am weak in chemistry and it will be hard for me to get admission in a good college like KIIT and VIT.

Doing BCA+MCA from a good college is better than doing B.Tech+M.Tech from an average college. Rank & placement of any college matters too much.

See, BCA and B.Tech are 2 different professions if you want to interact more in computer science so I will advise you to join B.Tech course from an avg. College but you have to study hard there to get more knowledge to compete in market.

Pursuing BCA+MCA from a good college or even pursuing BCA from a good college is far better than doing B.Tech+M.Tech (CSE) from an average college.

Dear friend, According to my experience, you should prefer studying BCA+MCA from a from good college that pursuing B.Tech + M.techfrom an average college as a good college will offer better opportunities and scope as compared to the other one.
So, go for BCA + MCA.
