Which is a better option among pursuing BCA+MCA from a good college and doing B.Tech+M.Tech (CSE) from an average college? What should I do?
I am weak in chemistry and it will be hard for me to get admission in a good college like KIIT and VIT.

If you're thinking for admission in B.TEch + M.Tech from an average university, then you should go for the first option. But there are some extremely good universities where you can try for B.Tech/B.E admissions provided that you have a valid JEE score card.
You can get admission in Thapar University- whether it's B.Tech or BCA the computer science department is well renowned and also the placements are pretty good.

Both these courses are equally good provided you are eager to learn and adapt. What really matters is in which field you are more eager to work and devote your time for. Regardless whichever course you choose most important thing you should take effort to make sure is to study in reputed college. Speaking with personal experience BCA+MCA might benefit you a lot I myself have followed that very same path but again it differs from person to person. However if your area of interests is in developing software application and understanding case studies then you should surely go with BCA+MCA and try to get hands on with different kind of ope...more

Both BCA+MCA and B.Tech+M.Tech are good courses. It depends upon your interest. B.Tech syllabus is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA. There are lot many institutes which offer many courses under its peripheries. The point is how to DE-CODE the best one which is a bit challenging task. I will advise you to identify a university whose content is updated as per the industry requirements, good rankings, good infrastructure and undoubtedly the best placements. Institutions such as IIT, NIT, VIT and LPU etc. Can be thought off.

Students learn such skills as programming, communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork, and project development, which are aimed at producing a lifelong self-learner and a good individual with a team working ability. However, the degree lacks in imparting education related to ethics and morality. B.Tech CSE is the most popular course among the students. After the com...more

Pursue b tech and m tech.

Pursuing BCA+MCA from a good college or even pursuing BCA from a good college is far better than doing B.Tech+M.Tech (CSE) from an average college as in good colleges like IEM, you will get better placement in BCA rather than B.Tech from any other college.
