Which university has better placements: SRM or LPU?

Definitely LPU, because why not? LPU is well known for placement and they have been in the light for the past few years regards to placements. LPU has always been the favorite landing space for MNCs companies like Google, Microsoft, Dell, Mahindra, Amazon, etc. LPU has RECORD PLACEMENTS WITH OVER 610 HIRED STUDENTS ON A SINGLE DAY BY COGNIZANT. PLUS LPU has a record for the highest Engineering Placements in North India for three consecutive years. Which I think is a very big thing to consider. Moreover, I have a student of LPU since 2019 and I have witnessed that LPU alumni are in most top global brands like Apple, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Bank of America, etc. With packages of over 1 Crore. LPU has a COLLABORATION WITH GOOGLE as they have collaborated with Google so they have been providing Android specialization training to its engineering students within the campus. Recently With outstanding CTCs up to 15 LPA at tivo, 5 students have enriched LPU's impeccable placement record! LPU students are giving major career goals and setting new benchmarks. And 800+ students (UG and PG) are working on Live Projects directly with the companies like Tek Systems, Decathlon Sports, Future Group, Infosys, Paytm, and many more. So, I think placements at LPU are unbeatable.

Being a faculty of Lovely Professional University, so based on the different placement parameters I analyze that undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by prospective employers. LPU is concerned about all round development of the students. It's having dedicated Division of Career Services which do work round the clock for the placement of the students. LPU is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities which provides excellent International exposure under students exchange programme during their studies which in turn definitely helps the students in grabbing multiple job opportunities at the end of their studies. Every year more than 550 companies used to visit LPU for placement purpose. As per my analysis, LPU is conferred with High Ranking by various outer agencies like following, 1)National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row. 2)Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among top 50 private Universities in India in terms of Placement. 3)Business today ranked among top 100 Private State Universities in India in Placement Performance category. These are very few rankings mentioned above. LPU has procured unbeatable Placement Record with nearly 100 % success rate in most of the courses (Last Year the highest package was 42 LPA). Additionally LPU considers student's career interest / pathway like Corporate Job, Government Job, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship. Hi, Being alumni I would like to answer this question. LPU is the university that provides all the facilities under the roof of their single campus. If you are concerned about placements then they provides them. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). In which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes. Lpu provides you with the platform but you are the one who has to perform well during the interview. And if I talk about its ranking then I would like to tell you that LPU has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Aspiring Minds have ranked LPU as having Most Employable Students consecutively twice in a row for previous academic sessions. Earlier ASSOCHAM (Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India) rated LPU as Best Private University in 2013 with regards to placements and in 2016 again. Earlier Zee News Survey rated LPU as 11th Best in India in Placements. It is obviously LPU that has better placements. Besides choosing LPU in itself has far more perks than SRM. LPU is one of the best-ranking private universities in India. Around 600 companies visit the campus every year with almost 50% of them offering dream packages. Moreover, around 100 companies that recruit from IIT and NIT, also recruit from LPU. And as far as the rankings are concerned, in the overall university category, LPU ranks in the TOP 100 by NIRF. Furthermore, LPU has better academics and a better curriculum. The curriculum here is designed very efficiently keeping in mind the industry requirements. Thanks to this curriculum that students attain professional level even before their placements. The infrastructure here is also one of the best and the biggest in the world. It has all facilities like a hospital, banks, a mall, etc. , all inside the campus. The huge campus is very lively and beautiful as well.

Lovely Professional University is always applauded in terms of placements. Recently LPU has been awarded with National Employability Award and Students of LPU are termed as Most Employable Students. There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Hello Dear ! Being An Alumni of LPU I would like to through certain light on the placements. LPU is having outstanding placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 Lacs package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA. International Companies like Hyatt (USA), Ritz Carlton (USA), Adani Wilmar (Africa), Altruist (Africa), Al-Rakha (Dubai), Dharam Consultancy (USA) selected LPU students for International locations. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA. Some of the companies where LPU students for MBA are placed are - AMAZON INDIA SOBHA REALTY TRIDENT GROUP VODAFONE FLIPKART CAVINKARE PVT. LTD. ASIAN PAINTS BERGER PAINTS NEROLAC PAINTS MOODYS ANALYTICS LOREAL INDIA PVT LTD FEDERAL BANK HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD. GODFREY PHILLIPS INDIA LIMITED H & R JOHNSON LIMITED HAVELLS INDIA LTD.
