Which university has better placements: SRM or LPU?

SRM is a better option in terms of placements.

Different people have different views about it. Students or staffs associated with LPU or SRM University will definitely support their own university. So, both are good, but stream wise the two varsities may compete each other.

Go for SRM, if you are having enough budget it's placement is quite well, as compared to LPU and you can get more exposure and better campus life.

SRM is better in terms of placements. SRM has many teams and clubs which you can take part, which helps in not only placements, but also of campus placements and abroad studies.

Recently, Tania Arora, a fourth-year B.Tech CSE student of Lovely Professional University (LPU) got selected as a software engineer in Microsoft with a huge salary package of Rs 42 Lacs per annum. A final year student of M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy) has bagged a package of Rs. 1 crore. The package has been offered by Monsanto. Lovely Professional University Placement Highlights: Recently 13 students got placed in Amazon with 30 LPA. Three students of Computer Science batch has been placed in Amazon for a salary package of 28 LPA and 28 students have been selected as an intern who could be converted into a full-time employee after their internship. VMware has selected nine students from B.Tech IT/CS for a salary package of 9 LPA. Nearly 50 top tier companies, and overall more than 500 companies are visiting the LPU campus for recruitment. The alumni of LPU are now working in Google and Yahoo for a salary package of 1Cr/ annum. Ltd. , Federal Bank, Hindustan university-liver Ltd. , Synopsys India, Samsung Research Institute India, SAP Labs, Virtusa, Verizon Data Services, TCS, CEAT, Flipkart, Havells, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Hitachi Consulting, Infineon Technologies, Kony, Nerolac Paints, P and O Cruise, Accor Hotels Group, The Oberois Group, go with recruitment. As per their Statistics, 800+ Recruiters have hired LPU students, Rs 42 Lac the highest Salary package availed with 250+ Companies offering Dream Packages with 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU along with this Rs 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month was offered. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Being a faculty of Lovely Professional University, so based on the different placement parameters I analyze that undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by prospective employers. LPU is concerned about all round development of the students. It's having dedicated Division of Career Services which do work round the clock for the placement of the students. LPU is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities which provides excellent International exposure under students exchange programme during their studies which in turn definitely helps the students in grabbing multiple job opportunities at the end of their studies. Every year more than 550 companies used to visit LPU for placement purpose. As per my analysis, LPU is conferred with High Ranking by various outer agencies like following, 1)National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row. 2)Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among top 50 private Universities in India in terms of Placement. 3)Business today ranked among top 100 Private State Universities in India in Placement Performance category. These are very few rankings mentioned above. LPU has procured unbeatable Placement Record with nearly 100 % success rate in most of the courses (Last Year the highest package was 42 LPA). Additionally LPU considers student's career interest / pathway like Corporate Job, Government Job, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship. Lovely Professional University is always applauded in terms of placements. Recently LPU has been awarded with National Employability Award and Students of LPU are termed as Most Employable Students. There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Secondly, University should not just focus on connecting student with the company, but should polish the student in such way that he/she is able to crack any interview easily. Being and LPU alumni, I have observed that LPU gives you ample opportunities to boost your CV and also focuses on over all development of student so that cracking any interview is a cake -walk. Many LPU students at LPU even hold multiple placement options, I am glad, I am one of those. Campus placement at Lovely Professional University has always been a sought after event for the final year students. Division of Career Services Sets up recruitment drives and job fairs on a regular basis. Apart from this, it also extends abundant facilities such as resume writing sessions, career advisory services, and aptitude development workshops to proffer better placement to the students. Hello Dear ! Being An Alumni of LPU I would like to through certain light on the placements. LPU is having outstanding placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 Lacs package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA. International Companies like Hyatt (USA), Ritz Carlton (USA), Adani Wilmar (Africa), Altruist (Africa), Al-Rakha (Dubai), Dharam Consultancy (USA) selected LPU students for International locations. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA. Some of the companies where LPU students for MBA are placed are - AMAZON INDIA SOBHA REALTY TRIDENT GROUP VODAFONE FLIPKART CAVINKARE PVT. LTD. ASIAN PAINTS BERGER PAINTS NEROLAC PAINTS MOODYS ANALYTICS LOREAL INDIA PVT LTD FEDERAL BANK HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD. GODFREY PHILLIPS INDIA LIMITED H &amp; R JOHNSON LIMITED HAVELLS INDIA LTD.
