Which university has better placements: SRM or LPU?

Campus placement or campus recruiting is a programme conducted within universities or other educational institutions to provide jobs to students nearing completion of their studies. In this type of programme, the educational institutions partner with corporations who wish to recruit from the student population. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of the students. Lets have a look on facts and figures: the highest salary package availed: 42 lacs per annum (Microsoft) In total more than 800 companies recruited from LPU campus for various disciplines the highest Internship Stipend per month: Rs. 80,000 Leading Industry Giants/MNCs visit LPU every year. Actually Salary package depends on factors like specialisation, Institute, Company offering job, students academic performance, work experience etc. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. Now, Being a alumni of LPU I would like share my experience in Lovely Professional university. LPU provides very good placement every year in all the programs. Almost more than 90% of students placed on campus at LPU. Moreover, more than 500+ companies visit LPU for recruitment including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visit for the recruitment of students since a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. LPU is ranked 10th best university for Training and Placement in 2019 by Knowledge Review LPU got Golden Star Award 2018 for being University with the best placements in India.

I am not quite aware of placements of SRM but One must understand two important things here, One is the highest number of placements in one B.Tech domain, the second is the highest packages offered on the other B.Tech domain. These days almost all B.Tech specializations are in demand. Lovely Professional University is always applauded in terms of placements. Recently LPU has been awarded with National Employability Award and Students of LPU are termed as Most Employable Students. Lpu is far behind interms of placement than other universities in india.

Hi there, both the universities are good. Continuing its legacy of unbeatable placement records, Lovely Professional University has once again registered one of the highest number of placements offers as well as the highest package record in the country for the June 2022 graduating batch. Google has recruited LPU B.Tech. CSE student, Hare Krishna at Rs 64 Lacs, the university shares. He will be working from Googles Bangalore office. This is one of the highest packages received by an engineering student in the country, the university claims. Another LPU student of the 2022 batch meanwhile, Arjun has also received a package of Rs 63 Lacs in the AI/ML domain. He will be joining the Bangalore office. LPU has broken its own record as this package is 1.5 times (50%) higher than the previous years the highest of Rs 42 Lacs for a fresher. The university claims that recruiter Amazon has also hired LPU students at the package of Rs 46.4 Lacs. Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.
