For purpose of pursuing CA you need to register yourself with the ICAI which has its centers in every city. Also you need to appear for CPT as the first step towards CA. After which you will need to take up IPCC which is the level 2 in the process and thereupon clearing it you need to go through a training period of around 2 years and then you become eligible for CA final which has again 2 group of examination. Also, there is no university or college where from you may pursue the course. ICAI is the whole and sole body responsible for conducting CA courses in India.

So first complete your Diploma successfully with good marks and then you can apply for the colleges of your choice. Your choice of doing an MBA after B.Sc. Is a good choice. So move on. One more thing that I want to tell you is that MBA is a very good course and if you want to do that then you are on a right track. The NET Exam is organized for the lectureship in university and the JRF Award candidature. The UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are conducted for the different stream candidates in different subjects. The candidates who have completed the post graduation degree from recognised university with minimum 55% marks are eligible to apply for the NET Exam. Candidates are allowed to apply in their post graduation or its related subjects. As you have completed the M.Ed. (post graduation) in maths, you can apply for the CSIR NET mathematics.

Minimum Eligibility to Apply for M.Sc in Forensic Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is that candidate should have a pass mark of 50% in graduation with the mandatory course as B.Sc.
