There are certain private educational institutes which provide better education and placement services to the students. u can also get good scholarships on the basis of ur 12th exam. There are certain good IIT's like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee. U should try if u get admission in tese top level colleges/institutes. Otherwise there are certain good colleges/universities like Lovely Professional university, VIT, pune, Galgotia, Noida.

In MBA honors there would be one extra subject which means my workload, fee and exams. Companies consider MBA and MBA Hons one and the same.
Also it depends upon the college a lot from where you pass out. Good colleges provide placements in there campus itself.so keep track of these kinds of colleges. After IIMs, you can check for NIRMS, NMIMS, Jamia Malai, Lovely Professional University.

Visit the oficial websites of both the institutes and check the placement schedules for the last five years. There are certain factors like admission, environment, health facilities, placements which play an important and valuable role. if u get admission in tese institute u should try otherwise there are certain others also like lovely Professional University, Galgotia Noida and VIT, pune which provide quality education and placement services to the students.

In which program you are interested, if u are looking for any certification course, it wont help you. For accounting you can enroll yourself for CA, BBA- Financial Market, MBA- Finance or even B.Com from some good university as Thapar uni, gndu, Lovely Professional University etc. Best of Luck.

Further, if you're ready to relocate for green pastures, you can consider an institute called Indian Institute of Learning and Advanced Development (INLEAD) in Gurgaon, India which provides its International Hotel Management and International Business Management students with International internship placements in second year and International job placements after completion of the course.
