Hi Neelesh,
If you are looking for a Masters level program in embedded systems it would be difficult to find it in many Institutes as it would be a specialized field which would come under Electronics & Telecom. One of the renowned which you may consider is IISC. However, if you are looking for short term courses or certification you can consider Institute like CDAC, there are several others which you can find in Bangalore, though, CDAC is one of the renowned once.

Hi, there is nothing like giving preference but its good to know the language. The courses taught entirely in English do not require students to have knowledge of German. But courses that are partly taught in German will need you to know have sound knowledge of the language to be able to follow the course.

Hi Gani,
ISBM is an Autonomous Institute whose courses are not approved by any of the Indian Education council neither UGC nor AICTE nor DEC. As far as the Examination papers are concerned I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the Institute and seek the help of faculty members there to provide you with sample papers of previous years or the source from where you can get previous year's sample papers.

Hi,
The best possible course for your would be a masters in electronics engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. If you want to opt for another field, you can apply for mechanical, aeronautical engineering or industrial engineering. It totally depends on what you want to pursue and what you want to become in life. Have you asked yourself what subject your interested in? Are you good with machines? If you are, you should go with mechanical. If you feel you would be good with aircrafts, you can opt for aeronautical. There are various choices that you can opt for. It totally depends on what you want to do.
