If your degree program is through IGNOU, which is a UGC recognized University then you definitely can sit for MBA entrance Examination. You also need to keep in mind that you need to have 50% and above aggregate marks in your graduation to sit for various Entrance Examinations.

To get admission in MBA program you need to have a proof at the time of admission that you have completed your degree as your final year results would be declared by August 2011 you can sit for the next year Entrance Examinations as most of the Entrance Examination happen in the last or the first quarter of the year.

I presume you are talking about Medical Transcription. You have reached the level of an editor which is appreciative, since medical transcription, is not an easy line.
