If you are looking for a correspondence program, there are Universities who will accept you even with a diploma provided you have 3+ years of work experience (some Universities may ask for Managerial experience). Look for all the Open Universities like IGNOU, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Netaji Subhas Open University, etc.

State of Kerala with Mathematics, Physics
and Chemistry as optional subjects or any
other examination accepted as equivalent

Your graduation percentage does matter in campus for certain companies. But in open ur technical values does matter. Only CCNA will make u to lead in Networking line only where u can learn about the WAN, for knowing the LAN is more important in setting up the network. Cos without LAN u can not setup WAN and for LAN u need have knowledge of any Server OS like Windows2003, 2008 or Linux Server. Linux is ultimate in demand where industry requires securities.
