GRE score of 970, is very low and only few universities will accepts this score, all the good universities in US require GRE score of 1100-1200 plus for admission in their MS program.
You cannot get into US, without VISA, and VISA are generally not issued for low grade universities, in most of the cases it is issued for good and ranked universities, and with your GRE score it is not possible to get in to good universities.
So if you want to go to US for pursuing MS from good universities, it would be advisable to take GRE once again and try to score at least 1100-1200 plus, so that you can get offer from good universities in US.
