As far i would know about the BITS Pilani courses, it does not offers MCA but M.Tech/ M.Sc courses and for this you need to be eligible i.e. you need to have a bachelor degree in a similar program like B.tech/ B.Sc etc; and the admission is made through BITSAT.
If you have a BCA degree at your graduate level in that case you would not stand eligible for the course.
