Hi,
Australian universities offers scholarships strictly on academic merit, forecast results are not accepted for scholarship selection.
You need to have good IELTS score.
Many Australian universities offers scholarships to international students, and every university has its own specific eligibility criteria for selection, scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students.
Scholarship may not be awarded to students who are already holding another scholarship.

What have you been doing till now? Admissions to engineering colleges are over for year 2011 except in M.P where the last date is 03 Dec2011. Secondly, Mechanical itself is a branch. Thirdly, it appears that you have not appeared for any entrance exam for admission to engineering colleges. Wherever, on the basis of 12th,admissions are given,usually they are third grade colleges and since their seat through counselling of entrance exam students have not been filled up that is why they are offering on 12 th basis.

There is no point to hurry in this matter but you can always start your 11th PCM preparations which is going to the part of JIITEE, so join some good coaching center for this.
