American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Both has their own values. through MBA u can go in Management line and through MCA u will be a technical person. Both are dependent upon each other Without Market Technical has no values and without technical there is no market. Without Product there is no market and technical people make the products. But if created product could not be launched in the market then the product has no values. It is better u decide Which line u r comfortable. If u like Marketing or finance line then u choose MBA if u like pure technical line then u can choose MCA. But Only MCA will not make sure ur technical ability. U must have to have equipped with latest industry trends for that u have to get yourself certified with some International Certifications apart from ur degree.

Industry wise it is already a 1.5 Billion Dollar industry in India according to NASSCOM reports and also it more than 80 Billion Dollar industry globally. Thus it is a very big industry. Industry includes entertainment movie/TV serials productions, internet animation content development, AD (TV/Internet/Other) development, Product /Architecture design, Simulation, Game design etc. In india there are already many top 10 global firms. Eg : Technicolour, Dreamworks, Digital Juice in Bangalore, Rythm and Hues in Hyderbad, Pixar etc. There are now many indian companies like BIG Animation Studio in Mumbai from our own Reliance, Manipal Studio in Bangalore etc. Lots of holly wood and bolly wood productions are happening in India, like eg : recent Dilli Chalo. Find below some tips for how to prepare for Group discussion:
In most of the good colleges GDs are held on current topics related to sports, economics, business etc, so you need to be aware of all the latest current affairs, for this you should read news papers and magazines.
GD is a team activity, so while participating you should express your views very clearly at the same time you also should give chance to others members in team to speak.
It is always advisable to take initiative and speak first if you know about the topic, but if you are not aware of the topic you should listen to others first and then speak.
As soon as you get to know the topic don't immediately start the discussion take 1-2 minutes time, jort down the points and then speak.
While speaking in GD your tone should not be aggressive, it should be polite and humble.
When the discussion is over, it would be good if you give the final conclusion on behalf of the group.
