Ashutosh both of your jee main and board marks are not upto level for getting a seat in any of NIT s . However you can apply in a NIT and get a chemical engineering seat in spot round. The other alternative may be applying for Food processing engineering in NIT ROURKELA and you also have the chance to get it and for your luck both chemical and food processing engineering are similar to each other .
