If i move to its internal structure- its infrastructure is best in class (visit yourself once), they update their syllabus after every term (6 semesters) which u will not see anywhere, they study market and teach students accordingly. even in IITs, NITs the syllabus is never reviewed. they also provide giood scholarship schemes too.

I would suggest u to keep track of good indian universities too, in case u couldnt able to go abroad u may able to get admisison in india. Some of the universities where u can try are:
One of my friend is studying in lovely professional university in Credit Transfer program.Credit Transfer program is a special program in which a student has to do his degree of 1years in india and rest of 1years he can move to any foreign university which has tie up with it.And lovely university has many tie ups with foreign universities. I would suggest you this option as the best as it will save you money as well, as living expensive are too high in abroad and fee also you have to pay in dollars. By Studying 1years in India you can save lot.

You cannot get admission in NITs and IIITs with this rank. I would suggest you to consider the following options:
1. You can wait for spot round counselling where you can get a good college, It can also be a Central govt. funded institution but, the chance entirely depends on you luck i.e. whether a seat is vacant in those institutes after 3 rounds of counselling and whether you want to take admission in the branch which is available in spot round.
2. You can look for state counselling as there are certain colleges in few states which take admission on the basis of JEE ranks and scores apart from their state examination ranks.
3. You can drop an year and restart your preparations for next year examinations.
