If you have not Started it yet I would strongly advice you to opt you Optional Carefully , as Choosing Electrical as an option for IAS would require to complete virtually Another Engineering . You can take up Correspondence Course for IES Electrical if you are opting for it

MBBS in UK is 5 years duration. Total fees for MBBS in UK is approx 80-90 laks, ie annual tuition fees is approx 12,000 pounds & living expenses is approx 7000 pounds. The Students looking for MBBS in UK have to apply online through UCAS (University & College Admission Service) & need to give UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT).You need to have good percentage in class 12th with chemistry & biology as compulsory subjects with IELTS 7.0 bands. You can look for MBBS from University of Aberdeen, King's College London, Cardiff University, University of Glasgow etc. UKCAT result is valid for one year only.

IELTS requirement for admission depends on the level of course and the institute you apply to, normally for Certificate, Diploma and Adv. Diploma courses 6 bands overall with no less than 5.5 bands is the requirement whereas for Graduate Diploma courses 6.5 bands with no less than 6 bands is the requirement. .
