As you have two backlogs in first year and you cleared these backlog in final year so it would be calculated as two backlogs only.
Please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in universities abroad as long as he fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission you do not have any more backlogs, and you have cleared all your pending backlogs.

In order to pursue masters degree from universities in the countries mentioned above, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:

Please note that universities in UK and Australia do not require GRE scores.

Two degrees- one regular while the other correspondence, is valid and acceptable.
Even two distance degrees can be taken together.
But, as per the Bar Council of India-
No student shall be allowed to simultaneously register for a law degree
program with any other graduate or postgraduate or certificate course run by the
same or any other University or an Institute for academic or professional
learning excepting in the integrated degree program of the same institution.
Provided that any short period part time certificate course on language,
computer science or computer application of an Institute or any course run by a
Center for Distance Learning of a University however, shall be accepted.
