You have to just go online check various NGO's and register yourself for it and you can volunteer. Volunteering according to your choices. If you are a graduate that means, you can apply for Masters in fashion designing. Fee is different in different institute. You have to check out the fee details of the college after you choose it. And the duration is 2-years for Masters in every college.

Yes, it is the better option because your B.Com will also get you good job and it is not difficult to clear the foundation and within the college days you can make an attempt to inter level which will get you some experience.

Yes, but don't take B.Com it would be better to study B.Tech from a good college only in electronics as there are large openings in electronics. You can go for Navy or Airways if you have qualified MPC.
