There are several good Schools in Amritsar which you can check for commerce stream such as: Spring Dales, Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, St. Francis School, and DAV Public School etc. As there is no region wise ranking for such schools it would be difficult to name one best school, however, all the above mentioned schools are good.

You can take up commerce related subjects like BBA, BCOM, CA, etc. Apart from the commerce field, in some universities, you can apply for a Bachelors of Science in IT. You may not be eligible in some universities for BSC IT if they require maths in class 12th.

If you are talking about Single Sitting Examination, there are only one or two institutions providing such a facility and it is not acceptable in most of the higher study institutions. Especially if you are planning for Civil Service Examination you would not be able to sit for it as they require a complete 3 years Graduate degree programme from a recognized University.
