Hi Amrita,
There is no such Institute in India which offers BFA through Distance Education, as BFA is a subject which needs a lot of practical work and your complete involvement it actually is not possible to provide such courses the Distance education.
However, you can try withOpen Universities like IGNOU, if they give some short term courses in Fine Arts.

HI Parvinder, the admission for this year for UG courses have closed already if you have so far not made any application, you can only apply through clearing if there are seats available.
Else the other option is to wait and apply for sep 2012 intake.
How to apply :
Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online (www.ucas.com) and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Most of the courses in Architecture require a portfolio of work. Hence, a prior knowledge in the subject will be beneficial.
The course will be 3 yrs in duration. Depending the specialisation you choose the fee may vary.
