For a MA in English, it is a preference given to a Bachelors in similar degree and hence getting admission in the course after B.Sc in IT is less of a option.
Also I would suggest you is to continue in this field itself as this holds a lot of career value in the related field.

The minimum eligibility to seek admission in a polytechnic college is 10th standard. But these diplomas can be pursued even after 10+2 or graduation.
