The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your courses stream in higher studies is your own choice and career aspirations. Apart from the subjects already mentioned by Nikhleshji ypu can also look at options like Journalism, Research work which can be take up after clearing UGC-CSIR NET in organizations like institute for defense studies and analysis, center for policy research, Indian council of world affairs etc. Also get into further studies in Social work. Getting into Politics can be another good Option, MBA with HR as a specialization can also be considered.

If you are looking for best Colleges for MBA I would say that it won't be possible with out clearing Entrance examination as all the good MBA institutes have one or the other Entrance Examination, so I would suggest you to start preparing for various Entrance examination like CAT, XAT, MAT etc.
The eligibility to sit for these Entrance Examinations is a graduate degree with 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University. The higher you score in Entrance the better your chances are to get through a good B-School. Apart from Entrance you also need to clear GD & PI conducted by various Institutes.

The bulletins for most of the Exams mentioned by you for this session is yet to be announced, hence you might have to wait and keep a check over the websites and the newspapers for a prompt update.
As for the CAT, it usually takes place in the last quarter of the year and for which the details are out in the most of August, hence you may expect some concrete information within a few days.

M.A English is a a specialized education and if you are opting to pursue the same, it is better that to be from a similar education stream at your graduate level.
But then there are institutes offering this Masters degree for even those who are a graduate degree holders in any discipline, hence it is advised that you contact the institute directly and inquire about the same, as the eligibility may differ.
