Although, you will find hardly any Institutes providing such a specific course like telecom testing but if you go for Diploma programmes in Telecommunication you will find Telecom Testing as one of the modules as a part of the curriculum. Few of the institutes you can try for telecom training programme are: Teleman, Bharat Ratna Bhim Rao Ambedkar Institute of Telecom Training, ACETEL Technologies, ACE Technologies, Innothink Embedded Solutions, Lorion Telecome etc.

Also, 880 is too low to be shown to any univ and ask for admission. Am sorry to say this. Any score below 1100 must not be shown. So you have 2 options : either you apply to univ that do not ask for GRE or you reappear for GRE and apply to top univ.
