a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.

It actually depends on the business school. I am a student of MAPS where they lay stress not only on your academic results, but also on your extra curricular activities. So, if you were, lets say, the games captain of your school, or used to take part in inter school debates or similar activities, then I will say that you have a fair chance of getting through.
Just to let you know, MAPS is backed by two of the largest educational companies - Educomp, India and Raffles, Singapore. And from my personal experience, I can say that I have had a very enriching experience so far.

I am probably the right person to answer as I am a current student of this institute! To begin with, MAPS is backed by two of the largest educational institutes-Educomp, India and Raffles, Singapore.
The best thing about MAPS is that they focus more on learning rather then cramming, which is why practical and hands on learning, industry training, entrepreneurship development sessions form an integral part of the academics here. And it is only because of their curriculum that I was able to get a very good summer placements with Videocon and now forward to an ever better final placement.
