If you are talking about Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, it provides only Engineering programmes of Bachelor's and Masters Level and doesn't have a degree programme in Management.

Hi Himanshu, in all the countries except for UK that you have mentioned the govt gives time to look for a job.
And you have completed just the first yr. You still have 2 more years to complete your UG and until then the market and job scenario can change. So stop worrying now and concentrate on your studies.
As suggested by Mr Naidu, first ask yourself why MBA?
Whether you can get job or not is completely in your hands.

For this year you are late for admission, as all the good colleges commence their session by July beginning or maximum by august Beginning, so I would suggest to prepare yourself for next session. in the meanwhile instead of wasting a year, you can either get into some short term law programme like courses for ADR (alternative dispute resolution), or TRP (Tax Return Preparer) or else get admission in the first year of BA through any college and get yourself transferred to the BA LLB programme next year if possible or complete your BA and then go for Only LLB programme through Universities like Delhi University.
