I think the answer should be yes.
Before you think that I am some brat complaining about the reservation system, let me tell you I also belong to a reserved category.
But when I see students with percentile as low as 50 getting into IIMs it hurts me too. I think, it is okay to lower the eligibility bar to some extent, but not so much that it will degrade the quality of the college.
For top IIMs, maybe a percentile between 90-95 would be justified for reserved categories, but below that would be a bit compromising seeing that many students work really hard to get into top IIMs.
So, if seats are remaining and no more reserved candidates are

Reservation has widely been a debated issue in our country since a long time. A person should not focus on reservations, instead you should focus on your preparation strategy of CAT. Anyone who prepares well enough has the potential to crack the Exam.
It's not our call to decide on deserving or non-deserving candidates, it all depends upon the interview panel which takes the final interview.
Coming onto why bars are reduced for reserved category for IIMs because it's said by the constitution of our country to provide reservations to backward sections of the society who could not avail same opportunities which a general person can avail i

We can't decide whether they can cope up with the high pressure system or not.
Management quota should not be focused on while preparing for the CAT exam. Colleges offer admission on merit, but few seats are left for management quota which are kind of risk management by colleges. There would be certainly some section of the society which lives on management quota that is the students get admission through management quota only. The fees for such students are almost doubled as compared to normal students.

First of all, government has its roles and regulations for merit and management quota, so each and every college has some percentage of management quota so that they can offer admission to those students who didn't perform well in the competitive exam due to some reason, but they are worthy to take admission based on their graduation results but these rules and regulations differ from college to college. Not each and every college thinks this way. Some of them take advantage of this scheme.

It is because they profit highly from this or are controlled by powerful people.
Many of the local private MBA colleges are always looking for making extra bucks and what is better than giving backdoor admissions to students with rich parents. Such colleges profit highly from this and don't want to stop it. In some cases it is due to pressure from powerful people. Let's say there is some industrialist who gives regular donations of large amounts and one day he asks them to give his son admission there. If they deny it, they will be losing all the future donations from that guy. So they comply. In other scenarios the student may be in re

Placement opportunity is always open to potential students and doing BBA from here is a good option. Although this college doesn't have any international connection but if you have abilities then you can make your own way. The complete college is departmentalized providing 6 Under-Graduate courses and 2 Post-Graduation courses.
This is one of the reasons that there is no college fest, but department fests only. Another reason why college is popular is because of the ambience (Crowd), people generally talk about it in a way that the most happening crowd comes here, Boys (Non-Vipsian) of the nearby areas specially used to come here so tha

After completing BBA from ICFAI Business School (IBS, Hyderabad) a student can get a placement opportunity in India but out outside India as ICFAI is giving placement in Indian only after graduation. The ROI is also not good in ICFAI Business School paying 7,10,000 as your course fees and getting a job of around 2,00,000-3,00,000 is not a good investment. The college places you in a very well established company across India. Some of the companies that visit for recruitment are Maruti Suzuki, LG Electronics, Oracle and many more. IBS, Hyderabad is one the best institutes of the ICFAI Group. Learning is 100% based on cases. Most of the

Distance education from anywhere is not worth and won't land you in job.
Distance education is only helpful to people who are already working in some company and are in good position, to just complete their educational qualifications they take degrees by distance education.
Bachelor degree is not advisable to be taken via distance education although at Masters level (MBA) can be helpful in long run that too if you have some working experience.

In Bangalore you should give first preference to Christ University for BBA, if not you can consider Alliance University. There are many Bangalore University affiliated colleges, also Mount Carmel (only for girls) (Autonomous), St Josephs, Kristu Jayanti, Presidency, etc. But still Alliance is on the path of success and gaining market value. This is the best university in India for BBA, the teachers are so good that you would learn everything in three years and there is no need to do MBA too, until you need an additional certificate. I accept that the college is located in a village, but Anekal is slowly developing. The environment arou
