If you get into the likes of IIT you should do it here, similarly pursue your course abroad if it is one of the top ranked. Obviously studying your master's abroad is better but only from a reputed university as you will be exposed to many opportunities and also research activities in Physics have wider scope. The decision is yours to make. Best of luck

As per my knowledge, Engineering has more scope than B.Sc. Engineering is one of the most popular courses in India and there are many institutes that offer the course to aspiring students. B.Tech degrees are more career-centered which implies that most of the graduates will easily be able to secure a job after the completion of the degree. The jobs would depend on the specialisation of the B.Tech degree. A few good universities for B.Tech are:
University of Mumbai, Mumbai
Geeta University, Panipat
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University Hyderabad
Karnataka State Open University Mysore
Chandigarh University
SRM
Sharda University.

Hi Nikhil,
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Hi,
I am sure that you must be clear about the best university by reading the other answers and I would suggest you the same as everyone else did. UPES-Dehradun is better than any other college. UPES offers more than 15 specialised B.Tech courses in Information Technology and Computer Science and 93% of B.Tech in CSE batch was placed successfully this year. The highest package was 14.81 LPA and the average package being 4.06 LPA. So, I think it just adds another point to why you should go to UPES and not in any other university.
