Well if you want to do B.Tech in aeronautical choose some of the premier engineering colleges.
As far as DIAS is concerned it is not a very reputed college in terms of all infrastructure, placement, research etc. When you talk about aeronautical you have to be more cautious as it is one of the main branches of engineering and have to be carefully select the institute. The campus placement began last week in the university. IT majors like Microsoft, Adobe and Samsung R&D have recruited university students for pay packages of around Rs 20 Lacs per annum. The new recruiter, Arcesium India from Hyderabad, a software development company, recruited three students M. Radhika, P. R. Prasad and M. Nikhil, who are all studying computer Science engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy for huge package of Rs 28 Lacs per annum. Last year, Code Nation, a software developer from Bengaluru offered the maximum salary of Rs 24 Lacs per annum for two student. The public sector undertakings like Power Grid Corporation of India and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) usually will come for recruitment in the months of March and April.

CS Department at NIE was started in the year 1983 as per now it has four Professors, five Associate Professors , Nine Assistant Professors and eight Lecturers. The department has received the World Bank grant under TEQIP. The department is a recognized centre for academic research and has produced Doctorates. It has qualified professors as research guide and 17 candidates are pursuing Ph.D.
Microsoft, Cisco, Broadcomm, Freescale, NetApp, Adobe, Goldman Sachs etc. used to hire from NIE. However don't expect companies like Amazon, Google, Apple, would come and hire from NIE. These guys don't hire from most of colleges except for IITs and NITs.
Labs are well equipped 6 spacious computer centres with more than 200 latest Computers. The Department has the latest hardware and software, multimedia projectors, laser and colour inkjet printers, digital camera, scanning and image transformation facilities.
Infrastructure and academics is top-notch. Placements are pretty good. Lecturers are friendly and co-operative.

CSE placements in CV Raman College of Engineering are quite good. Let me tell the reasons for. First and foremost reason is we are given training in c+ and core java, etc.This process starts from the first year and with that a specialised training in BEC or Business English Communication is given by British Council. Don't worry these all are certification courses so by this we hold an upper hand on IT companies. The package in CS varies from 16 Lacs per annum to 3.5 Lacs per annum in 2017 highest package is offered by sap lab that is 9 Lacs per annum and the placement is still going on. The most prominent recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, HCl, Zycus, Tech Mahindra, etc. and placement is 95% and adding to all above certification courses pre-placement training is given from the 3rd year itself.

The University of Petroleum & Energy Studies is an Indian University located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand know traditionally for its education and research in fields of energy & power.
