Both courses are good option for MBA. B Tech graduates in CSE, can go for MBA in Systems / IT, Mechanical Engineers can chose MBA Project Management. This is the best combination and my suggestion .
You can chose any specialization you want pursue at MBA. For example, Human Resources / HR, Marketing / Sales , Finance etc.

Hello, It depends on the course you want to pursue. Basically, if you are from a commerce background, mathematics will be a compulsory subject for you. Courses like B.Com M.Com M.A. (Economics), etc. Do have eligibility criteria where Maths is important.
