Hi,
Any 100% scholarship will come with expectations also. HTU Hongkong Technical University offers scholarship of almost 50k $ if you are a gold medallist in any of the international Olympiads like mathematics, physics, cyber, etc.
There could also be offers from best universities if you score 100% in SAT, TOEFL or IELTS as the scores are directly shared with the universities abroad.

Hello, B.Tech in ECE is a good option in today's requirement and there are good placements in industry. But companies only take students who have extra skills along with degree. They don't just take a degree holders. So do extra courses and job will be in your hand. Best of luck.
