If that had been from a place which is becoming your limitation to get a good job then you must join an IIT which is premier institute and is a name for employers. An M.Tech means a real Higher Degree to. Claim good jobs in Research and development as well.

I am not from ECE, but as per 2015 placement statistics of IIT Kharagpur, almost 90% M.Tech ECE students placed with an average salary of 12 LPA in Phase 1 itself and Phase 2 will start from Jan 10. After CS EC has the highest number of offers. Again placements depend on specialisation, almost all VLSI people where placed within first two days of placements with packages of nearly (18 LPA to 20 LPA). Nearly 90% ECE people placed within 10 days of the of Phase 1. Don't worry about package If you have M.Tech degree from IIT you will definitely get good package even outside IITs.

Becoming a Professor doesn't come through a degree alone. One needs to fulfill the criteria of the University where he is working. If you mean that you want to be a College/Higher Education Faculty, then you need to clear UGC NET in that Subject. You appear in NET Exam for the Subject you studied in your Post Graduation. Along with UGC NET/JRF your Ph.D. and further research will be an added advantage to get a job.

To be eligible for B.Arch, you should score minimum 50% in class 12th with mathematics as a compulsory subject. Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still, chances are very rare for you to get a seat. Take my suggestion that you try harder next year.
