hi mr.datta,welcome to https://shiksha.com and for germany u need to write ielts exam as a entrance for getting admission in most of the countries and even germany also and u need to get atleast 6.5+ as a band out of 9.0 in ielts then it is good for ur profile and toefl also for some univeristes in germany and remember both ielts and toefl are same i mean the exam pattern is same but the scores and points are different and u better concult a abroad concultency for this and select the good institute for these coaching exams and try to get good marks.all the best

If you are talking about the CAT test fee it is Rs. 1600 but it keeps on changing with every year, If you are talking about the MBA course fee, it varies from Institute to Institute, however, almost all the top notch Institutes will have fee ranging from 8lacs to 15lacs. Coming to your second query the difference between ICET and CAT is that CAT is a National Level Entrance Examination for MBA which is acceptable by most of the Institutes whereas ICET is a State level Entrance Examination only applicable to a particular state. means what u need samar? I think there is no such type of last rank in Lateral Entry in OJEE. Just appear the entrance exam then u got a Rank and by taking that rank u can take admission in any engg. college in Odisha. Hann if u need the last rank for govt. colleges then it's only with 50.ok got it Samar
