With a rank of 47233, you will not get a seat in information science engineering in good colleges. You can get information science in lower ranked colleges.
Also, try for lower branches in average colleges. Hope you will get into those. It's better than taking a good branch in low ranked colleges (as the standard of study will not be good there).
