Yes, you can get. Please apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/ through direct second year engineering (DSE) tab. Complete your registration process and make necessary payment. The admission are based on centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
Further, all types of candidates, including minorities, aspiring for admission under any quota, it is mandatory to get registered and get documents verified and confirmed at facilitation center.

BBA and B.Com both are graduate degree course and the duration of both these courses are same i.e. 3 years. To choose any one course totally depends on your Interest, If you are Interested in Accounting field, then B.Com is the best course for you. But if your aim is to do the MBA course, then BBA is the best option for you.

Though BBA is a professional course, I would suggest you to go for B.Com or B.Com (Hons) as the syllabus is almost the same for both but B.Com has certain extra portions which are useful in the future.

The best government college in West Bengal for B.Sc psychology is Bethune College. Admission to undergraduate programme is on the basis of marks acquired by the candidate in 12th or equivalent with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

This is a government college in Delhi, which is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and therefore there is a college entrance exam, which one have to clear for taking admission in this college, which is IPU CET and the whole 2 years course fees was very affordable which was INR 75,000 pa.

You can pursue instrumentation but getting a job at core branch at a good package is really difficult. You can go for Higher studies or off-branch for placements.
