Hi Amine,
Rexmty and nuk have given you the right guidance to achieve your goal.
As you have asked the question under Germany, I would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancements. So, if you are planning to pursue Masters in IT from Germany then it is a good option for you.
To the best of my research, there are few institutes in Germany offering a MS in computer science / IT. Few of the institutes that you can look for are:
Technical University of Munich (University):
Computational Science and Engineering
Braunschweig University of Technology:
Computational Sciences in Engineering (CSE)

Hi Reuben.
Sorry for giving you late reply, as thousands of queries put on this portal and at times the experts miss out on some. Anyhow, in the reply of your query I would like to mention here that after 12th advisable would be that you should complete your graduation through correspondence as it will open the door of all the degree programmes for you. However, if you don't want to opt for that then you can only opt for those Diploma programmes which can be done after 12th which will be quite less in number.

Besides what Mr. Vikas Naidu has rightly suggested to you, I would advice you to utilize your basic subjects also ( and not simply management education) in searching for suitable jobs. At this age the more chances are you getting an appropriate + suitable job on the basis of your graduation subjects and not solely on MBA degree. Another point is that you have completed your MBA quite soon and therefore if there is time for you to get trained in an activity of your choice such as technical specialization courses in computer systems etc. then go for such short term coures. But that is only if you really wish to. If you do not get an ap

Besides what Mr. Suryap has rightly advised you, I would suggest that before venturing into PGDBA/ /MBA with HR specialization evaluate your present skills, your interests and your requirements because Marketing and HR generally do not go hand in hand. And if you want to switch over from marketing to HR there must be some solid reason behind it. It is better to keep yourself focused on one aspect untill & unless you find that the same is not of any use to you anymore.
