Varun, It si difficult to name the colleges which give such kind of admission. But, out of my experience, I would say that it is possible to migrate between colleges, since the registration with the board in CBSE takes place only during the beginning of 12th std. So, contact the schools and colleges in the area of your target and then can find out any other college if some problem occurs in there.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
