No, the National Testing Agency NTA will not conduct the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) exams from now onwards. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur to conduct the AIBE exams from 2023 onwards.
