Both are having job scopes. In India, there were a lot of engineers still looking for job after their course. But a B.Sc. student can get a job according to their course somewhere in India. But the good thing for engineering was, you can apply for army. Indian army is looking for engineering graduates, the service are short term and I think all options are up to you.

Delhi University is a very good institute for doing Bachelors in Physics (Honours)
So lets talk of benefits that one will get after doing this course from Du.
1. Teaching is quite good in DU. So you can learn from the good professors.
2. During the course you cna indulge in research project with professor. This will give you long term benefit in future.

Yes, why not? You need to apply for SNAP which is the entrance test to be eligible to apply to Symbiosis College. SNAP exams have a medium level of difficulty, so prepare well for the exam. There are GD and PI sessions held for Symbiosis, which you need to prepare for in case you qualify for the entrance test.
