Well you can look for Masters in Physiotherapy from any place depending on your preference.
In India, there is an increasing demand for Physical therapists/ Physiotherapists and one can make it as a long lasting career field as the career is not just restricted to Hospitals but one can look for careers like Sports medicine, Fitness Centers, Trauma and Rehab centers.

There is a huge difference between AMIE and BE. BE is a 4 years Engineering degree program in which you can get entry only after clearing All India Entrance Examination whereas The Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (popularly known as AMIE) is a professional certification given by Institution of Engineers (India). If an applicant passes both sections of the examination, he or she becomes an Associate of the Institution of Engineers (AIE).
Although, the Indian Ministry of Human Resource Development considers this qualification equivalent to a degree in engineering but not all the Institutes or Universities would accept it as a degree.

Hi Erung,
The eligibility for UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university and the candidates age should lie between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC exams that you need to clear- Preliminary exam and main exam. For your preparation i would suggest you to first concentrate on your graduation so that you dont deviate from it as graduation is must (minimum 50%) and when you are in the final year of your graduation you start preparing for UPSC by joining a good coaching institute.
