Its completely depends on you .now a days MBA is much more in demand but it doesn't mean that MS is a bad option .
Let me tell you the difference b/w MBA and MS - An MBA offers formal management training in a systematic and structured fashion on the other hand An MS degree is a further specialization in a particular field, offering more in-depth knowledge in the field.

There is a huge difference between AMIE and BE. BE is a 4 years Engineering degree program in which you can get entry only after clearing All India Entrance Examination whereas The Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (popularly known as AMIE) is a professional certification given by Institution of Engineers (India). The eligibility for UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university and the candidates age should lie between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC exams that you need to clear- Preliminary exam and main exam. Hello Savita as you askd Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, Lucknow is a better collage for MBA ,it is not a better college for MBA because of it's placement in MBA there is only 36 placements in mba from 2006 to 2008 (according to letest update) but if you want to B-tech than it is an average class college ,i think your query has been solved please my answer as best answer

I suggest you to try in Goteborg University School of Photography and Film Sweden however the medium of the programs are in swedish language so the knowledge of swedish language is must.
