Hi Gurpreet,
Although, there is a time limit with in which you have to complete your graduation, but you can try to do it through Open University. I would also suggest you to contact your University first, if they allow you to sit for the third year good enough if not then the next option for you could be Open universities. Few Universities which you may check out are:
IGNOU
Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Open University
Karnataka Open University
Netaji Subhas Open University

Hi Tarun,
As you already have B.Sc and about to earn CFA I dont think you need to add more qualifications to your CV to get a better job prospects. However, if you are looking for a job Change then a lot would depend on what kind of a job you are looking for what are your career interests and aspiration depending on that you can further your education.
I would like to add here that if you are a Management driven person you can opt for MBA, and if you are a technology driven person you can opt for courses like SAP.
