Hi Sourav,
If you haven't done well in any competition exam you can still get a seat in an engineering institute but not in surpassing one. You can start your carrier right from the scratch from that institute too. But the quality of study & the labs may be little bit more or less than that of Creamy one. That's good that you have learned something & no doubt that will help you a lot in your engineering & in your future too.
Thank You!

Dear Ayushi,
What amar has said is correct, it can cost about 40-80 lakhs.
A superior options is to complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK and India as compared to Russia, read the following article

Hi,
Selecting a particular institute depends on your personal preference, however you may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a institute.
- Accreditation of the institute.
- Institute's infrastructure.
- Teaching faculty.
- Specialization offered.
- Tuition fees.
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
Feel free to discuss more.
All the Best.
