You can start your carrier right from the scratch from that institute too. But the quality of study & the labs may be little bit more or less than that of Creamy one. 1st of all I congrats you for your academic performance
and surely you will get top level college
about your confuse
I would suggest you that go through your interest
you can do CA or else MBA in fiance in IIM
both field have very much scope
According to me if you will get admission in IIM then you surely go for IIM
because IIM is no.1 college in India , and also in IIM you will get chance to utilize you talent and skills.
otherwise CA is also best field .

What amar has said is correct, it can cost about 40-80 lakhs.
A superior options is to complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
