Both degrees in two important fields one in technology and the other in Business. Both are equally important for the development of country. Both are very highly regarded in the society. Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech courses through lateral entry mode. Delhi Institute of Technological offers B.Tech lateral programs. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech lateral programs is three years Diploma in any branch of engineering from a AICTE recognized institution or state board of technical education with 60% marks. The admission are based on common entrance exams merit list.

Yes, both the papers will be conducted in December 2018. The National Testing Agency is going to conduct the UGC NET Dec 2018 Exam from 18 December to 22 December 2018. Candidates who applied for the exam must note down the complete schedule of the examination. The officials have also announced the UGC NET Admit Card on 19 November 2018. Candidates who successfully registered for the exam now can download the admit cards - http://jntuforum.com/forum/read_topic.php?id=419 from here. IISWBM does not accept CAT score. Kirloskar is okay, but it's placements are not up to the mark right now. I can't comment on ISME, as I don't know about it. NDIM is good. You can go for it, if you can afford their fees.

Hello Riya,
Lateral entry is for Diploma students not for engineering students, changing colleges affiliated from different university is not as easy as it seems, however you may talk to colleges if they don't have any problems you can switch, but the chances are very low.
