Eligibility:
A Bachelor's degree of 10+2+3 pattern with 50% marks in aggregate or in Honors/Major subject (if any) from Guwahati University or any other recognized University. Lateral entry is for Diploma students not for engineering students, changing colleges affiliated from different university is not as easy as it seems, however you may talk to colleges if they don't have any problems you can switch, but the chances are very low.
