There is no specific criteria to take admission in BBA or BBM in colleges in delhi and NCR but if you need to do BBA from the top college you need to appear for the entrance exams.

As PhD is a research based programme which requires you to have a research guide and it becomes difficult to do such a program through correspondence so, there are not many Universities which provide PhD Management through Distance education. However, few of the Universities which may give you PhD in Management through Distance Education are:
IGNOU
Kota Open University
Netaji Subhas Open University
International Institute of Information Technology
As these are the correspondence programmes you can do it from anywhere.

As Different Universities, will have different admission procedures and rules & regulations, it would be difficult to give you any concrete information on the percentage. I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the University with which you plan to do your PhD.
