Well there are many specializations out of which you can think to pursue MBA in a stream best suited to your interest but as you are learning Chinese language and if keen to pursue MBA in a stream which will help to involve your Language skills then you can opt for the International Business for sure or marketing/ retail are also good opportunities.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. Both History and English are completely different streams. With a Masters in History, the opportunities that you can get is to be an analyst, work in Archaeology department, Journalism & Media, Teaching and Education etc.

1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA?
6. Are u choosing MBA after seeing to the others?
7. How about ur communication Skills?

No it is not possible for you to pursue medicine. The only solution for you is to give class 12th again with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology. That is the only way you can be eligible for medicine.
