Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach. RHCE, RHCSS, RHCEV, JBOSS, LAMP, WAMP, XAMP CCNA, MCSE, JCP, OCP are some of the Leading Specialization areas where u can get some International kind of quality Certification. r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. Both History and English are completely different streams. With a Masters in History, the opportunities that you can get is to be an analyst, work in Archaeology department, Journalism & Media, Teaching and Education etc.
With a Masters in English, you can look for a variety of career opportunities in areas like Advertisement, Journalism and Mass Communication, PR and Marketing, Teaching and Education etc.
Depending on your area of interest and also on your education background, you can apply for either of the streams.

1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA?
6. Are u choosing MBA after seeing to the others?
7. How about ur communication Skills?
Just think twice and thrice and if ur answer comes to yes then only chose MBA. Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as in less time as well.
First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or marketing line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends. If u choose Linux platform then ur current experience will also give u values. Otherwise ur present experience will get vanished. If u want to change the line then System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Virtualization Admin, Data center Specialist are very good line to get technical and can change ur line as well.

With a Masters degree in either of the streams you can write NET to qualify for lectureship or even after the completion of your Bachelors, you can opt to go for the Civil services provided the maximum age is not exceeded which is of 30 years.
