I suggest that you think again and ask yourself why you do not want to persue medical line when the admission to MBBS is extremely difficult. If you now go for Administrative job by clearing UPSC this would tantamount to wasting of a precious medical seat to a more worthy candidate. However, if you want to crak UPSC exam then please note that you need very vigrous and elaborate study not only of your own subject (optional) but also about G.K. and current affairs. The course for these is unlimited.

Hi,
There are many colleges in Ontario which are at a little distance from brampton but the universities are really good. Some examples of such universities are University of Toronto, Carleton University, Lakehead University, McMaster University, etc.
Please let me know whether you want colleges specifically in Brampton or Ontario colleges would do so that we can take this discussion further.

Hi,
Even though the minimum requirement by most universities in 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section, i believe your score would be considered because you have scored 5.5 in just 1 section. Therefore, it should not really be a problem for you as far as IELTS eligibility is concerned. Don't worry. Apply without fear :)

Give the UPSC exam with is stated to be held in June 2011 (the prelims). Then notification for this is about to come in the papers. You can apply online also. If you clear the prelims you will have to write the Main exam which is held generally in Oct - nov. If you clear that then there is Interview.
