To be able to pursue M.E. after B.Sc would not be possible as the minimum education requirement is a Bachelor in engineering only from a recognized University.
There are many instituets in India offering M.E and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

As for the M.Phil is concerned, M.Phil course is a pre-doctorate degree course which is mainly based on research. To pursue this program you will require a Masters degree from a recognized University and at least 55%- 60% aggregate in the similar field of education.

I strongly object the words 'average student'. However from ur asking it appears that u are a little bit confused.ACTUALLY u have potentiality too(MBA,AVIATION N MARINE).One thing I can say any of the above 3 u can choose but u can do best in aviation as u like it.The difference among average, good.better & best lies in the input labour.
