Being from an application background, applying to the Air Force may not be possible as the minimum education requirement is a graduate with a background of Science (especially Physics) and Maths.

To be able to pursue M.E. after B.Sc would not be possible as the minimum education requirement is a Bachelor in engineering only from a recognized University.

As for the M.Phil is concerned, M.Phil course is a pre-doctorate degree course which is mainly based on research. To pursue this program you will require a Masters degree from a recognized University and at least 55%- 60% aggregate in the similar field of education.
