However, this must be noted and should be known before an answer is supplied to this question, whether one is doing a Degree in the subject or merely a Diploma. Company Secretary and Office Secretary also need the skills taught in the purview of the course mentioned. This must be made clear that Government Jobs do not have this specific requirement but have this as one of the things needed in certain profiles. There are more jobs of SSC Clerk Grade and other Junior Staff or Clerk level jobs that one can access having the minimum eligibility of being a Graduate. The answer is a big no. It's not worth at all to pursue Master's degree in jewellery designing from distance learning in India and it is not only about India, you just can't go for a distance learning jewellery designing course. These are the reasons why I am saying no:
1. It is a practical course, so how will you manage to learn through distance when it's meant to be a regular course.
2. None of the good and reputed colleges of India offer a distance jewellery designing Master's degree.
3. Even if some colleges offer a distance programme then jewellery designing is a field where you need to practice on regular bases. So, it doesn't matter whether you are doing it from India or abroad.
4. Distance learning wouldn't help you to get a good job as a jewellery designer.
So, I will suggest you to go for a regular programme from colleges like NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology ) and Pearl Academy.

Documentary production is a specialised domain and there are such profiles in the TV media of the government I.e. Doordarshan. It should be appreciated that a course titled as documentary production shall have limited offerings if the nomenclature does not match the approved requisites. The national broadcaster offers jobs to documentary makers-Directors, Cameraman, Screen Writers and Editors. This may be noted that the same work also goes on in project assignment mode as well. Along with Doordarshan jobs, there are public relations departments in all states and at the central level. Also, there are many education-related departments of the government like UGC's CEC, CIET of NCERT managing the Gyan Darshan like channels. There are also IGNOU and SWAYAM MOOC platforms where documentary making course can get acknowledged for a job.

In my opinion, there is no comparison. SRM being a private college is very expensive and provide all sorts of luxuries and amenities, it has been ranked as one of the best private college, whereas University Visvesarayya College of Engineering is a government college, hence it has a very reasonable fee, infrastructure is as per that. Education wise, both are good.

If you have the above two options, then go for Jamia Millia Islamia for Master of architecture. This college provides great exposure. International seminar at the end of every month is compulsory here, which gives a great platform to learn out of the boundary here. Expert panel facilities are here for placement guidance. A lot of concerts, fests and technical programmes are held every year.
Environment of the college is peaceful and well oxygenated in spite of its location in a polluted city like Delhi. Hence it would be a complete and excellent package for pursuing architecture at Masters level that too within minimal fees. Jamia is too good as compared to J. J. College of Architecture. This is a central university which is being directly controlled by MHRD.
